As a woman I am sure that you have you time full with working and caring for your family. I am writing this to you as a reminder to remember to take care of your own health.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Please take the time to insure that you are up to date with your mammogram. Remember, all women are at risk! We recommend yearly mammograms after age 40 unless you are at a higher risk. It is a test with a very low dose of a radiation, takes 15 minutes to perform, and can detect cancer at an early stage. If you have no insurance there are options available. Please remember to care for your self!
