Joel Jarvis, MD

I have been a family physician for over 30 years and have enjoyed the closeness with my patients. Indeed, I feel like a part of many of my patient's families. It has been such a pleasure to see some of the babies whom I had delivered now become successful and caring parents themselves. I continue to try to emphasize this close personal relationship and coaching to improve my patients' health.

Many of my patients have chronic diseases and I want to continue to help them have the best health and relationships possible.

As an example to my patients I try to show how to stay healthy by my own applications of running, biking, kayaking, reading and family life.

My own family has also grown so that I have three married children - a doctor, a counselor and a teacher as well as five grandchildren whom my wife Kathy and I really enjoy.
