Mary M. Dagen, MD
I grew up here in Muskegon and graduated from Mona Shores High School. I then went to complete my Bachelors of Science in Biology at Michigan Technological University. After so many years in cold, northern Michigan, I moved down to the island of St. Maarten in the Netherlands, Antilles to attend medical school. During that time, my clinical rotations brought me back stateside to both Los Angeles and New York City. Missing my home state, I moved back to participate in a Family Medicine residency program at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. I have just completed that training and am honored to come back to my home city of Muskegon to begin my practice.
In family medicine, I enjoy seeing patients of all ages: starting in the newborn period up to the older population. I have special interests in both sports medicine and bariatric medicine.
When I am outside of the office, I enjoy most outdoor activties especially running, kayaking and snowshoeing.
